Jestli\u017ee nen\u00ed v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku a p\u0159et\u011b\u017euje se n\u011bjak\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla (nap\u0159. ruka \u2013 p\u0159i psan\u00ed na PC, mechanick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci), vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se opora tam, kde nem\u00e1 (v oblasti lokte, ramene). Pacient pot\u00e9 mus\u00ed nav\u0161t\u011bvovat des\u00edtky rehabilitac\u00ed a pohyb mus\u00ed do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota stejn\u011b za\u0159adit.
